Festival prep continues

sister_raphaelSlowed down the festival prep by having to go to my actual day job, dammit.
In spite of that, I did print all the signs, trim, laminate and retrim them, and finish the stitching on the tent roof repair and seal with waterproof fabric glue. The repair covers some of the fancy painted arches, so I dug out the paint container only to horrifyingly discover that the colour I mixed for it was greatly diluted to a much, much paler blue. Optimistically, I threw in an amout of bright blue which might perhaps come close to the original colour and was giddy with joy when the colour matched first try.
Once the repair is thoroughly dry in the morning, I can paint the arches back in and that will be another job done!
I could be doing more now, but have called it a night for today. Tomorrow is my last chance to finish things before taking the hire truck up to the festival site on Wednesday. I am determined to have a really good time this year.
