That eyeliner and braces combo, though...

Whilst I have had a lot of fun with the Wise Men Memes, I was a little mindful that not everyone feels that religion should be used for memes, and I am legitimately surprised that I didn't have a mob of angry Christians commenting on this one.

Countdown to Xmas Memes

Every year on social media I do a Twelve days of Christmas with a theme: Fabrics In nativities, Angry Donkeys In Nativities or whatever, and this year I've decided to just make a bunch of memes using the wise men at the nativity, one a day for the countdown! I won't post them all here every day because that would be truly annoying, but here's here's one of them.
I hope it brings a little giggle to your Xmas season, wherever you are and whatever you're doing. I'll be at home with my cat, but I have done a little online shopping while I've been recovering with my knee, and I've just been wrapping those and putting them under the tree so I have presents on Xmas morning, something I've not had for quite a few years, since most of the celebrations are done on other days because it's more convenient.
Whilst I've been home post-surgery, I've needed to spend a lot of time resting on the couch, which has led to a lot of phone time. Looking at craft supplies and things I wanted to get people for Christmas led me to install the Temu app, something I'd managed to not do so far.
Well.
I have now bout a tremendous amount of things from there, but as long as one is careful and reads the descriptions carefully instead of relying on the images which are not always honest representations of the things, it's saved me ab absolute packet! A lot of the fun T-shirts are good, especially the kids ones, and I've been able to get my sister's teens some fun ones for Xmas and birthdays.
The real amazing win was on craft items. Obviously shops get their stuff in bulk for very cheap to be able to make enough money to keep their doors open, and I found some things I wanted which were being sold on Etsy for 5 times the price, I've been able to get some great bits and pieces for crafting which I couldn't afford otherwise, and I'm really delighted with the quality. As long as I read the descriptions and quantities very, very carefully, it's been great.
I mean, there's a lot of rubbish on there too, but I have saved a ton. Xmas is very affordable this year.

I've been loving the fury and comments some of the Childless cat Lady meme comments on social media in response to the political name-calling of late. I've quietly unfriended some friends who have surprised me with their feelings towards a woman's worth based on her reproductive abilities.
If I was online dating, this meme would represent me.

Lots to love about this manuscript image, but also a lot going on. Is she wearing a coif and still attempting to comb her hair? Is she using the comb to spread something on her hair, like a hair colour or bleach or conditioner?
I do love the red border on the mirror and the fact that her face is very faintly seen in the mirror.
