sister_raphael | My model niece

I've been fortunate that my sister's kids are all pretty gorgeous, because I've been able to use them for various projects. This week, the eldest of the four let me have a photo session with her to make some cute medieval themed Xmas cards in three styles (and I made a Worried Jesus one too) because the print place was having a big special on. There were very green-and-red and berry wreath style medieval and a few of the pics were very nice.

Happily, when she sat a second time for a proper several-costume-changes session, with lots of props and poses, I did manage to get a couple of really lovely photos- one of which will be the cover for book 4 in the Medieval advice series. Naturally, anyone keen for an Xmas card this year, just let me know! I do so love cards at Xmas myself!

More photo editing to do, but a book signing in the morning and I'm all excited about that. The first big mail out went this afternoon and another one being prepared for Monday. Things here have been very hectic and as always, lots of catching up to do.
