More Kontusz progress

I'm making a lot of progress on the Polish kontusz for my friend from Husaria Australia.

Happily, the gold braid across the chest is almost sewn on and thanks to seeing someone else's button loops, I'm not feeling a lot more confident about them working. I really need to get it finished asap, as it's taken much longer than planned, and I'm sure he will want to wear it to events this year, now that we are having them again.

Unfortunately, I'm up to my eyeballs in other things, so I may see if I can take a week off work for a holiday at home to work really hard on them.
