I'm utterly thrilled with the result. 



It really does look so much better with the two extra stripes. The hand stitching has been a real pain the further I got from the fringed edges, and heaven knows I'm slow at the best of times, so this eeally has been a labour of love. 

I'll take a photo soon, since I need one for my inventory (so I can keep track of what I have) when I get a few moments. 

Super stoked with it though.

I really love it! Spilled some coffee on it a few days ago, so dealing with that now.

Yes. I can imagine stitching a straight line, when you're close to the edge, could be tricky. When dressmaking I've taken to actually drawing a stitch line when doing seams. It's the only way I can get something close to a straight line.

It's just the fourth parallel band so it's been terrifying getting them straight.
