I've recently hurt my eye but sewing continues!

Sewing with one and a half eyes is tricky but not impossible! The linen strip for neck reinforcement pinning on! This will help the neck keep it's shape and not stretch as it's worn and reworn. There's an extant kirtle neckline with this type of reinforcing, so although there isn't an extant surcote with the same, it's a medieval technique that I'm comfortable extending to this surcote.

I don't dare work on anything nice but it won't matter if this is a little wonky.
