sister_raphaelFinally the festival pack down is pretty much done. Today I need to unpick the red, silk sleeves from the blue, wool surcote so it can be a proper garment again and not have fake anything attached. It's a short-ish job but will save it from in front of a movie.
While I've been packing away things, I've discovered more items of clothes which were in the To Be Upgraded pile and a few things I just wasn't terribly happy with and could do with a little re-working.
And now the gold tassels have arrived for my friend's Polish Kontuscz, he will need to come over and decide which ones he likes best- the very tiny ones or the slightly longer ones, and THAT means I can start the finishing off of that project too.
While I had my tent up last weekend, I had an idea for my next display and I'll do a post about that soon too. I'm in two minds about the presentation, but there are a lot of plusses for it.
