Shield progress and Festival Prep

The stencil is cut and ready to transfer.

Efforts to find time to actually transfer it have been hampered by a house reshuffle to make the house sitter-friendly while Cabinet of Medieval Curiosity and I jaunt off to Kryal Castle for the Victorian Medieval Festival, which is looming quite quickly.

I'm still waiting for the lavarbo stand bowl to arrive, but the tub is completed and is cluttering up the lounge until I can get it out the front door. Pre-packing needs to be done well ahead. The Cantiga chest needs to have it's bands attached, but the nails which arrived for it are not quite long enough. Much to do. The clock is ticking!
