Please enjoy this quick kerbside collection recycle glow-up project of a Spinifex cast iron cookware box!

I'm half finished, with sanding and stain to add and rope handles to remove unless anyone has proof rope handles were a real thing? I'm pretty sure they were not for household furniture in the main Middle Ages period.

The first pic is not the actual box because although I did take a photo of it, it disappeared from my camera. The actual box was really grotty.
I removed side bits and hinges, flipped front panel. Added under lid bits. It's ready for sanding and staining, but already it's looking pretty nice! I will be just used for transporting things unlike my other hand made chests. Better than a plastic crate and sturdy enough to transport ceramics.

Waste not want not! Recycle and reuse!
